Driven by
simplicity.
Adding was never the hard part, and now it’s free. The discipline is deciding what not to build. Simplicity isn’t taste — it’s the visible result of a decision someone was willing to make.
Product Strategy & UX · Munich
Anyone can ship a product now. So building stopped being the constraint, and deciding what to build became the whole job. Yuli Studio is a product and UX studio in Munich, founded by Mitch Stark, who has been shipping AI products since 2013 — back when the model was the hard part.
Principles
01
Adding was never the hard part, and now it’s free. The discipline is deciding what not to build. Simplicity isn’t taste — it’s the visible result of a decision someone was willing to make.
02
We watch people use the thing before we redraw it. The work starts with a clear record of where reality diverges from intention. Models generate options. Evidence picks one.
03
Reusable foundations that make your tenth surface cheaper than your first. Growth is mostly a question of what you don’t have to rebuild.
04
Not a capability we added. We’ve been building AI products since 2013 — long enough to have seen one AI cycle resolve, which is mostly useful for knowing what not to believe.
Say hello
Product work since 2001, most of it in health, banking, insurance, travel, e-commerce and sustainability — where a wrong call is expensive. If your team can now build almost anything and the real argument has moved to deciding, that’s the conversation we’re best at. It doesn’t need a finished website.
